REFUNDS, RETURNS & EXCHANGES
At GERTY B we do everything we can to ensure you are happy with your purchase.
We package and ship our items to ensure they arrive at their destination in the same premium condition as they were created.
However, once the GERTY B item has left our nest, we cannot guarantee the same duty of care from the postal service.
We only replace items if they are damaged or defective. We do not accept returns if you simply change your mind.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition, it was received! It must be in it's original packaging.
Any faulty items will be replaced or refunded in the form of a store credit. Photo evidence is needed and should be attached to your email.
Return postage costs are at your expense unless your items are faulty or incorrect.
Should the product have a fault due to manufacturing we are happy to exchange this or refund the customer providing this is no longer than 7 days from date of purchase.
Please note that we do not accept exchange or refund requests for special markdowns or samples, sale items or items that are no longer stocked unless goods are unknowingly defective.
